Refund Policy

  • We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving payment to request a refund.
  • To be eligible for a refund, you must let us know by mail or phone 15 days in advance.

  • If your return is accepted, we will send you a refund email, along with instructions on how and when you can get your package back. Return requests sent to us without requesting a return will not be accepted.

  • Exceptions / Non-Refundable Packages

  • Certain types of packages are non-refundable such as after 60 days or after the package term has been completed. If you have any questions or concerns about your specific item, please contact us.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns where the sales package has been transferred to another customer's account.
  • Exchange

  • This is the fastest way to ensure that you can sell the package to another customer.
  • Refund

  • We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if a refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.
